Steps to make Chocolate Brownie Cake :

  1. Pre heat the Microwave to 180 deg C.
  2. In a bowl add All-purpose Flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt. Mix well. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl add Powdered sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla essence and whisk well.
  4. Sift the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold well. Add buttermilk and warm water and fold once again.
  5. Add the batter to a greased cake tin. Sprinkle little flour on the greased cake tin so that demoulding would be easy.
  6. Put it in the Microwave Convection mode for 40 mins..
  7. Once done insert a toothpick to see whether it comes out clean. Once done set aside. Cool the cake on the rack completely.
  8. Take a knife and insert on all sides to demould. Place it on a plate.
  9. For Ganache – In a chopping board chop the chocolate. In a bowl add the chopped chocolates and Whipping cream and on double boiler method melt the chocolate into the cream.
  10. Pour into the cake and garnish with red currants.
  11. Enjoy.
