  6. Take a paneer and maida,mash the paneer till it's smooth, it takes approx 7 minutes..
  7. Now make small balls..
  8. Put 1/4 cup sugar and 4 cups water in a wide pan and wait till it comes to a full boil..
  9. Put the balls in boiling sugar syrup and cook for 15-20 minutes..
  10. The balls will double in size by then..
  11. Take out the balls from the syrup and transfer them in rabdi. (Milk should be lukewarm)..
  12. Keep aside. After 1 hour paneer balls absorbed the milk now keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours..
  13. For Chocolate rabdi–.
  14. Take a heavy bottom pan and add 250 ml milk to it..
  15. Bring the milk to a boil and 2 tbsp Milk powder, 1/4 cup condensed milk and keep stirring on medium flame..
  16. After 5 minutes add 1/4 Cup White Chocolate in milk and cook for another 5 minutes..
  17. When it cool down add orange pulp in it..
  18. Chocolate rabadi is ready. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours..
  19. How to Serve– Take a bowl. pour the chocolate rabdi in it.
  20. Put paneer ball in it.Garnish with chopped and soaked almonds..
