To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have granola using 11 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Granola :

  1. Get 2 cups of oatmeal (2 šálky ovsených vločiek).
  2. Take 1/2 cup of chopped almonds (1/2 šálky nasekaných mandlí).
  3. Take 1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts (1/2 šálky nasekaných lieskových orieškov).
  4. Make ready 3 tbl of spoons honey (3 polievkové lyžice medu).
  5. Make ready 4 tbl of spoons coconut oil (4 polievkové lyžice kokosového oleja).
  6. Prepare 2 tbl of spoons olive oil (2 polievkové lyžice olivového oleja).
  7. Take 2 of tea spoons cocoa (2 čajové lyžičky kakaa).
  8. Make ready Pinch of salt (štipku soli).
  9. Take 1/2 cup of dried cranberries (1/2 šálky sušených brusníc).
  10. Get 1/2 cup of dried black currant (1/2 šálky sušených ríbezlí).
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (1/2 šálky kúskov čokolády).

Instructions to make Granola :

  1. Prepare ingredients. (Pripravíme si ingrediencie.).
  2. Melt the coconut oil and mix ingredients in a big bowl except of fruits and chocolate chips. (Roztopíme kokosový olej a všetko zmiešame vo veľkej miske okrem ovocia a čokoládových kúskov.).
  3. Bake it in the oven at 140°C. Every 10 minutes put it out and mix it well. (Pečieme pri 140°C. Každých 10 minút vyberieme a poriadne premiešame.).
  4. After 30 minutes of baking add fruits, mix it well and then add chocolate chips and let it bake for last 10 minutes. (Po 30 minutách pečenia pridáme ovocie a poriadne premiešame, potom pridáme čokoládové kúsky a dáme ešte na posledných 10 minút piecť.).
  5. Let it chill and you can store it for up to 1 month. Enjoy your meal with yogurt, milk or as it is 😋 (Necháme vychladnúť a skladujeme 1 mesiac. Môžete si pochutiť s jogurtom, mliekom alebo len tak 😋).
