  6. In a pan heat cream till it bubbles, then pour it over chopped chocolate and keep stirring until it becomes ganache, allow it to cool down to room temperature then refrigerate it for an hour.
  7. When the cake is completely cooled, pour ganache from the top and let it drips from above.
