  1. For Chocolate Sponge, Sieve all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt & baking soda..
  2. In that add caster sugar, vegetable oil & coffee dissolved in boiling water..
  3. Once the Batter is made, at last add synthetic vinegar, mix & bake in 2 6 inch round baking tins in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 mins..
  4. Once the sponge is out of oven, cool and then chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hrs with Cling Wrap..
  5. For Ganache pour hot cream over chopped dark chocolate and keep it for 10 mins..
  6. After 10 mins mix until both are combined properly, if there are lumps again reheat the mix over double boiler or microwave until combined..
  7. Now cool this ganache and when it comes to Room Temperature, chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hr..
  8. After that Beat the Ganache until its pale in colour and your whipped Ganache is Ready. Store in fridge until Further use..
  9. Now divide each sponge in 2 layers and cut little circles with the help of cookie cutter according to the size of your Jar..
  10. Now for Molten Chocolate jar Cake, place a little circle of sponge at bottom, then add a layer of whipped ganache with the help of piping Bag. Make alternate layers until jar is filled completely. Refrigerate to set for 30 mins..
  11. For Fondue Jar cake just place a layer of sponge at bottom & then fill the jar with whipped Ganache/ Normal Ganache. Top it with chocolate / gems etc. Refrigerate for 30 mins..
  12. Microwave for 10-15 secs before Consuming..
