Steps to make Eggless chocolate Ganache Cake :

  1. In a mixing bowl seive all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, milk powder, and mix well..
  2. In an another mixing bowl add sugar and oil and mix it well and then add milk and chocolate essence and mix it well too..
  3. Now take the dry ingredients and mix it in wet ingredients and mix it well until pouring consistency batter. And bake the cake on 180°C for 30 minutes..
  4. Now for chocolate ganache take fresh cream and heat it in a pan and then turn off the gas and then add the dark compound chocolate and mix well until the dark compound chocolate get melt your Ganache is ready..
  5. Now take out the cake and let it cool down for some time, after it sugar and water mixture (1tbsp sugar and 6tbsp water mix well) and then pour it on cake and then pour the Ganache for a layer then place the cake..
  6. Now pour the ganache on the cake and leave it for 10 to 15 minute in refrigerator..
  7. For decoration. Do whatever you like to do for decoration..
