Instructions to make Dark Chocolate Besan Cake :

  1. Preheat oven to 180 and line cake tin.
  2. Sieve Besan, cocoa powder,salt baking powder and baking soda. Keep it aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and oil well.
  4. Add milk and whisk well.
  5. Add dark chocolate and whisk well.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients and whisk until well combined. Pour batter into prepared cake tin.
  7. Bake for 30-45 minutes until done..
  8. Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Demould and cool on wire rack completely.
  9. Serve cake as is or prepare chocolate glaze. For chocolate glaze, mix butter, sugar, chocolate and water until well combined.for thick glaze add more sugar, for thin glaze, add more water.
  10. Pour glaze over chocolate. Sprinkle nuts if required. Slice and serve.
