The ingredients needed to make Chocolate Hummus :

  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of Chickpea (overnight soaked).
  2. Prepare 5-6 of Seedles dates.
  3. Prepare 2 tablespoons of Peanut.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of Milk.
  5. Take 1/4 cup of Coconut oil.
  6. Get 2-3 tablespoons of Honey.
  7. Get 2 tablespoons of Nutella.
  8. Make ready 2-3 tablespoons of Condensed Milk.
  9. Prepare 6-8 of Saffron threads.
  10. Get 1 tablespoon of Cocoa powder.
  11. Make ready 5-6 of Gooseberry (cut in halves).
  12. Make ready 1-2 tablespoon of Sugar.
  13. Make ready 2 of Brown bread (cut as per your choice).

Instructions to make Chocolate Hummus :

  1. Roast peanuts then remove it's skin..
  2. In a pressure cooker, add soaked chickpeas, dates, peanuts and 3/4th cup of milk and cook it for 3-4 whistles..
  3. Now in a blender, add pressure cooked chickpeas, peanuts and dates..
  4. Then add honey, coconut oil and nutella..
  5. Now add cocoa powder and rest of the milk and blend it into smooth paste, chocolate hummus is ready..
  6. Meanwhile, roast bread slices crispy..
  7. Take a bowl, add condensed milk and saffron in it, mix it and keep it aside..
  8. Heat a wok, put sugar in it then add gooseberries in it and allow sugar to caramelise then switch off the flame and take it out on a plate..
  9. Now spread condensed milk mixture on half side of bread and chocolate hummus on another side..
  10. Chocolate hummus is ready to serve now. Garnish it with caramelised gooseberries and prepared bread slices..
