- Prepare Handful of Cashews.
- Prepare as needed of Dried rose petals for decoration.
Steps to make Mithai Truffles :
- Melt the chocolate in Microwave and butter and cream at room temperature and mix well..
- Now divide this Chocolate mixture equally in two bowls. Add cardamon powder in one bowl and add Roasted nuts in another.
- For Gulkand Truffles – Melt white chocolate in Microwave and add cream and butter at room temperature. Mix well and add Gulkand and cashews..
- Now add red food color so Truffle gets a pink look overall..
- Now apply oil on palms and start making the small ball size Chocolate truffles like this and keep in refrigerator overnight or else set in freezer for minimum 2 hours..
- After the Truffle gets set properly coat the chocolate truffles in Pistachios some in Roasted nuts. Lastly Gulkand truffles with dried rose petals..
- Again set the truffles in freezer for an hour and they are ready to serve.
