The ingredients needed to make Homemade Chocolate Truffles :

  1. Get 8 cups of – Pure Cocoa Powder.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of – Heavy Cream.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of – Butter.
  4. Prepare 1 drop of – Vanilla Exrract.

Instructions to make Homemade Chocolate Truffles :

  1. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, vanilla, and butter together.
  2. Pour and sift the cocoa powder into the wet mixture then mix together with a sturdy spatula.
  3. If the mixture is too soft, add in some more cocoa powder then mix again until stiff and is mouldable.
  4. Remove from the bowl and transfer to a plastic film in a tray.
  5. After 20-30mins, take out from the fridge and remove the plastic film and start cutting them evenly. Then start rolling each cut-section into balls. If it’s still too sticky, rub your hands in cocoa powder, roll the balls onto the powder and form into firmer balls. Then place on serving plate or storage container..
