  7. Add flour and coffee to this mixture by alternating in 2-3 portions..
  8. Pour the batter in the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes..
  9. After 30 minutes insert a skewer or toothpick and check if it comes out clean. Or bake for another 10 minutes..
  10. Cool on rack for 5 minutes and remove from pan. Serve warm or cool and store in airtight container for 2-3 days..
